Hi, I'm Anthony.
I'm a software developer based in East Tennessee. I started Clinch Build because too many great local businesses around here are running on websites that hurt them more than they help — slow, broken on a phone, or invisible to Google.
Most of my career has been spent building custom software and AI tools end-to-end. I've built HeatLoadPro, a web app that does Manual J-style heat load calculations for HVAC contractors, and Tickr, an ML-powered stock signal platform with a daily prediction pipeline and dashboard. Real apps, real users, real complexity — not just landing pages.
That background means I think about your website differently than a typical web designer. I care about whether it loads fast on a phone in a parking lot, whether Google can actually understand what your business does, and whether the contact form ends up in your inbox or in spam. The Clinch River runs through East Tennessee — it's part of what makes this region what it is. The name is a nod to where I'm from and what I do: build things, locally, for the people and businesses around me.
